Explaining an AI coach
A motion graphics explainer for Cloverleaf's AI Coach, distilling a behavioral-data coaching platform into a narrative audiences grasp immediately.
Cloverleaf is a team development platform: behavioral assessments, people insights, and AI-powered coaching that delivers personalized guidance from personality data, communication preferences, and team dynamics. They hired Backbeat to explain it.
The build
The hard part of this job is always the same. The platform is sophisticated, the attention span is not. An AI coach that reads behavioral data and nudges teams toward better communication is a real product with a real mechanism, and the video had to show that mechanism without turning into a lecture.
Backbeat designed a custom motion graphics explainer that walks through how the AI Coach works and why an organization would care. Every visual decision served compression: abstract platform concepts rendered as concrete, moving things, so the viewer understands the product before they have time to decide whether to keep watching.
What happened
Cloverleaf got a piece that does the explaining for them, built to run wherever the pitch happens. Not every project is a building or a venue. Sometimes the deliverable is a short video that makes a complex product make sense, and the craft standard is exactly the same.
